Facilitator Bios

Twenty-six years ago, Mark and Susan Barnhill were married – just not to each other! Each of their first spouses died of malignant brain tumors. Mark and Susan actually met and married in 1988. Twenty-plus years later, they are still learning what it takes to make a marriage successful. Two things they know for sure, 1) it takes work; and 2) it is “until death do us part.” They have been mentoring young couples in marriage skills for most of their twenty years of marriage.
Mark is Minister of Education at Woodridge Baptist Church. Susan is a trainer for Cornerstone Mortgage Company. They have two children: Brittany, Addison and his wife, Jessica.
