The state of Texas has passed a law (also called the Twogether in Texas Initiative) allowing couples getting married in Texas to waive the $60 state marriage license fee after completing an eight-hour premarital counseling course (counties may add up to $12 in additional fees that will not be waived).   We want to help!  We are partnering with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services to offer a FREE state-approved premarital counseling class that will qualify you for the free marriage license. The class will be facilitated by Mark and Susan Barnhill.

JANUARY CLASS IS FULL! OUR NEXT CLASS OFFERINGS ARE APRIL 27-28, 2012 & OCTOBER 12-13, 2012.

The class schedule is as follows (couples must attend all sessions on both days to receive credit):
Friday: 7:30-10pm
Saturday: 9am-3pm

Childcare is not provided.
Sign up will begin soon for the April and October courses!

Snacks and soft drinks will be provided on Friday night.  A light breakfast, lunch, snacks and soft drinks will be provided on Saturday free of charge.
